Pastor Daniel R. Berger II

Lead Pastor
Dr. Daniel R. Berger II is the lead pastor at Faith Fellowship Church in Clarence, the founder and director of Alethia International Ministries (AIM), and serves as the director of Faith Biblical Counseling Center. When He is not with his family and church family, Daniel continues to write and to speak around the world in churches, organizations, medical communities, and at various counseling and teacher's conferences. He is also an experienced pastor, counselor, school administrator, and the author of thirteen books, which focus on biblical counseling, biblical phenomenology, practical theology, education, parenting, and the history and philosophy behind the current mental health construct. Daniel earned his B.S. in counseling, an M.S. in counseling/psychology, an M.A. in pastoral studies, and a doctorate in pastoral theology.
Daniel is also an adjunct professor at several Universities and seminaries-including serving as the director of a post-grad degree at SEBI (Brasilia, Brazil) in Biblical Counseling, which is specifically focused on understanding the construct of mental illness from a biblical perspective and establishing a biblical phenomenology for mindsets, emotions, and behaviors claimed to be abnormal within secular thinking. He also teaches adjunctly at Strengthening Ministries Training Institute (SMTI) in South Africa.

Brian Wright

Chairman of the Elders
Romans 14:12-13 (NKJV) - "So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother's way. " Brian Wright has been married to Randa for over 25 years and together they have 3 kids who love the Lord, Tahleen (Luke), Maya, and Raffi.  They have lived in Buffalo since 1991, and have been members of the FFC family since 2007.  Brian has been employed by Brook Anco Corporation since 1990, and has served as the company’s president since 2001. His work provides a great opportunity to examine and be examined under a microscope. Brian has some education (Paul V Moore High School, Ithaca College, Cornell University) and needs more. Most of all, he’s thankful for the anvil of God’s grace that’s making him look more like his Father.

Steve Woodard

Steve grew up in nearby Alden, NY where he resides today. He was raised in a Christian home and is a founding member of FFC. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a B.S. in finance as well as an MBA from the University of Buffalo. Steve is President & CEO of a local bank. He has served as Treasurer, Deacon and Sunday School teacher at FFC. He is married to Lisa and they have two sons, Parker and Casey.

Rick Williamson

“That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.” Philippians 3:10
This verse along with verses 8 & 9 would be the prayer of Rick’s heart as he has the privilege to serve as an Elder here at FFC. There may be no greater imitation of Jesus Christ than to biblically lead those to whom God has called. Rick and his wife Tammy, who have been married for over 30 years, are Charter Members of FFC. They have had the blessing to witness the faithfulness of God through the physical and spiritual, growth of the Body of Christ. It has been a joy for them to serve with others and to see the work of God accomplished within our midst, in the community and into the whole world. Rick currently teaches and oversees the Teaching Ministry and the Van Ministry.  Rick is the Chapter Chair of a local Labor Union and is employed as a Field Representative. He and Tammy have three children, Brandon (Ashley), Aaron and Sarah, and three grandchildren Jacob, Scarlett and Emma.

Josh Jones

Josh was ordained as an elder at FFC on April 28 2019. Prior to this he served as deacon alongside with his wife Karen for several years.  They share 3 children together. Josh completed a bachelors of science degree in 1997 from Bob Jones University in Greenville South Carolina. He completed his medical doctorate in 2005 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and currently works  locally as an orthopedic surgeon.

Jim Woodard

Elder Emeritus
Jim was born in the Western New York area and has resided here for most of his life. He was one of the founding members of Faith Fellowship Church. Jim’s educational background includes a BS. degree from the University of Georgia and an MS. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Areas of ministry, where Jim has served, include Missions Committee member, Sunday School teacher, as well as Elder. Jim, and his wife Carole, have been married for over 51 years. Carole also has a BS degree from Geneseo State College and an MS degree from Canisius College. Carole serves, alongside Jim, on the Missions Committee, as well as having worked in the Sunday School. She currently teaches a ladies Bible study. This couple has been blessed with 3 sons: Jeffrey (Becky); Steven (Lisa); and Daniel (Julie). They also have 7 grandchildren.
